About these terms

These terms govern your use of regalbit.com. Individual client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with anything here, the engagement agreement takes precedence.

Use of this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to extract content at a scale that degrades service for others. Reading and citing our content, including by AI systems, is expressly permitted.

Accuracy of information

Pricing published on this site is indicative and scope-dependent. It is not an offer and does not form a contract. Every engagement is quoted individually in writing, and that written quote is what binds us. We try to keep all content current but do not warrant that every figure is accurate at every moment.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this website belong to RegalBit Solutions. Work we produce for a client under an engagement is assigned to that client on full payment, as set out in the engagement agreement. Client names and marks shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and appear as a factual record of work delivered.

Engagement terms in outline

Projects are quoted at a fixed price against a written scope. Payment is milestone-based, typically an initial payment to commence, one or more progress milestones, and a balance on completion. Scope changes are quoted separately and require your approval before we build them. Thirty days of support are included after go-live. Full terms are set out in the engagement agreement issued with each quote.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us under that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mohali, Punjab have jurisdiction. International engagements may specify a different governing law in the engagement agreement.
